Hangover Ball '06

It's been brought to my attention that I need to get off my a$$ and blog, after a very good kick in the butt here I am. Where do I begin, I guess I will say that I am starting with Hangover Ball 06. If you werent there, I have nothin to say but I am sorry. You missed an awesome show. I personally was worried that it is hard to top last years show, but I was wrong. Cody, Randy, Wade, Stoney, and Jason were right on thier game and sounding amazing. I want to thank them for everything. My friends that didnt have tickets, tell me that it was worth waiting in line for 3 hrs to see this show. I agree. I want to personally thank Jason Boland for playing "Roadside Prayer", I had almost forgotten about that tune and it made my night. I know everyone had a good time seeing all of Ragweed, The Stragglers, RRB, West 84, and Stoneys new crew walking around drinking with the rest of us while watching the show. Coit ignore Mr. Farmer next time we are drinking he's just a third wheel. As for others, I would like give shout outs to TABLE ZERO (I am envious) who was there in full effect, also Ronnye Canada, Cameron, McCoy, Kinzie and anyone else that made me take a shot or drink with them, nothing like back to back hangovers. The picture Im posting on the blog here almost sums up all the energy that was in the Dog that night. If you look closely everyone is singing or playing music and behind them stands Randy Ragsdale looking like he is going in for a kiss with Wade Bowen, must be a figment of my imagination, I know they had to be singing too right Rags? Wade? JK All in all Hangover Ball '06 was the way to start the year off right nothing like great music, great atmosphere, lots of alcohol. Nothing better than getting over one hangover only to start another. Maybe next year I wont stop drinking after new years and carry it through to New Years Day. Cheers.
