Wow last night was a blast. We owe it all to the Wormy Dog staff and Wade Bowen and The Bow'd Up Band, or was it Wade Bowen and The Broke Back Band, Wade Bowen and The Perfect Shape Chevy Band, Wade Bowen and the Matt Squared Band, Wade Bowen and the SUV's or Wade Bowen and The No Name Band either name you choose we thank you for last night. If you are wondering what the heck i'm talking about with the names, I was informed last night if you say "West 84" then you owe the band $0.84 each time you say it. So I guess I owe you $1.68 now guys, check is in the mail. So back to the show, it straight up rocked. The music was blarin', the crowd was singing along, and the drinks were flowing like waterfalls. Outside of the actual show, there were a few humorous moments. I'm not sure why or what compelled this girl to do this, but a girl must have bought the band a round of shots, and instead of setting them on the edge of the stage, she actually crawled across the floor, weaved in and out of peoples legs to set a shot in front of each person. It was talented, it was ridiculous, it was funny, and it made absolutely no sense whatsoever and I would not recommend it ever again, but I love her for giving me something to write about. I want to thank Matt Powell for just being himself, and I've also decided that Wade Bowen is just a funny guy to be around. I'm also starting to think that the song Wade and Bleu co-wrote together "Ressurection" is one of the best damn songs i've heard lately. If you listen to the words, and rock out with it, it has the power to give you that musical-natural high. I suggest going to a show, standing really close to the stage, or buying a CD (Feb 21) cranking up the volume and letting it consume you. It might change your life, well maybe not, but it will make your head bang up and down for sure. Speaking of Bleu Edmondson, he is playing tonight and I hear he is bringing the wrath of a "thousand loaded guns". In other words he's going to Rock N' Roll. Be here to witness. I also know for a fact that all the beautiful women will be here again tonight and I hear they are multiplying by the masses. Jackson Taylor will be opening up for BEB tonight, so come out and start drinking early. Rumor also has it that The Big Silk has a night off and will be on the drinking side of the bar. It is lining up to be one of those nights where the party will be in full effect. "Seriously"
