No Justice

So, Vinny had Friday and Saturday off last weekend (which is very unusual), so.. you know what that means....Vinny had to take the opportunity to go to the Wormy Dog to check out No Justice on Friday nite. Hard to believe, but this was actually Vinny's first time to see them live. First off though, Vinny went down to the Brewery with his good friend, Craig, to see the Jeff Hobbs Band for awhile. If you've never seen these guys, check them out. They're good and to top that off, great guys. Lucas, the bass player is Vinny's homeboy. That dude is funny as hell. Great guy to hang out with at the shows. So, anyways.. after watching a bit of their set, Vinny and Craig headed on down to the WD around 1030. Holy Smokes!! The WD was packed!! Vinny hadn't been to the Dog on a Friday since the RRB CD release party (except for the FJ3 preparty) and he definitely wasn't expecting it to be THAT crowded for NJ. Vinny was wrong. Which was good in this case. It was even kinda difficult to manuever around upstairs. This was RRB/JBS/RK numbers right here folks. So, after giving up on a rail seat upstairs, Vinny decided to head downstairs and TRY to get up front by the bar. After sharking his was thru the crowd, he found a spot by the left speaker and hung out there for a few songs by NJ, but when nature calls, it's a b###h to get back to the newly remodeled restrooms.... so Vinny decided he was gonna do his business and then hang out in back of the crowd near the entrance. Much easier to breathe back there, plus it's a good spot to check out the talent. ;) But anyways, back to NJ. Great show. Very energetic. Great crowd response. A huge success. Ronnye was definitely in a good mood. NJ is definitely a band Vinny plans on coming back to see play at the WD. Vinny can't give you much of a setlist, but it was all off the hook. Good times. Definitely. Was good seeing Shane, DC, Grease, Nathan C., Ragan, Big Cody, Jenny, Tiffany, the Jeff Hobbs Band after their Brewery set & Ronnye and Jazmine (sorry Jazmine, Vinny was a bit drunk, but what can Vinny say, you ARE beautiful, lol). As always, Have a Great Ragweed Day.
